【摘要】 到目前为止,有关“适度”的管理方法还是一个非常模糊的概念。本文提出了管理度的概念,针对管理中的各种冲突,即应当把握好的“度”问题,建立了管理系统模型,并给出了度量方法,借鉴TRIZ(发明问题解决理论)方法,将模型应用于管理中,指出了管理度度量研究的实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Up to date, it is an inkling of moderate management methods. The paper puts forward the definition of management demarcation, and establishes model of management system for metrics.
