【摘要】 建立了衡量区域研发实力的评价指标体系,对我国各省份的研发实力进行了比较分析,并利用计量模型,实证检验了与研发实力相关的各种指标对经济增长的影响。结果发现,我国研发实力的分布呈现出显著的区域差异,东部地区各项指标和综合实力整体上强于中西部。研发实力的增强对经济发展具有显著的促进作用,但不同的机构和研究领域,影响大小存在显著差异。提高研发实力,促进经济发展要充分考虑到当地的社会经济需要和研发基础状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper compared the R&D ability of every province in our country based on the index system of the regional R&D ability,and studied the influence of different R&D ability index on economy growth. Found: (1) There was great regional difference on the R&D ability in different areas,east region was better than middle and west region on many index and integrated ability. (2)The strengthen of R&D ability can drive economy growth remarkably,but different institution and research field contributed great differently. So it is very important to study the local need of social and economic development and the condition of R&D base in improving the R&D ability to drive economy growth.更多还原
