【摘要】 基于高新技术产业化过程与层次关系分析,构建了高新技术产业化重点领域与重大项目评价体系,并结合波特钻石体系和项目评价等理论,从技术水平、产业化基础和产业化前景3个角度设计了评价指标体系。所设计的指标体系可采用层次分析法对高新技术产业化重点领域及重大项目进行评价和选择。本文还以南京市“十一五”高新技术产业化规划为例,运用评价体系对重点领域及重大项目进行了评价和选择。实例表明,该评价体系具有较好的有效性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the process and the hiberarchy of high technology industrializing, his paper designs an evaluation system of the important fields and the great projects in the industrialization of high technology. Grounding upon Michael E. Porter’s "Diamond System" and the theory of project evaluation, this paper forms a set of indices from three sides: technique level, industrialization base and industrialization future. Then, we can evaluate fields and projects with the method of AHP. As an example, we use the system to evaluate the important fields and the great projects in the industrialization of high technology of Nanjing in the next Five-Year Plan.
