论建设全面小康社会中的区域科技创新系统—以西部地区云南省为例
On System of Regional Science and Technology Innovation for Constructing All-round Primary Rich Society--Taking Yunnan Province, which is Located in the Great Western Part of China as an Example

【摘要】 科技创新作为我国建设全面小康社会的科技支撑和重要途径,不仅对科技与经济的发展起着至关重要的作用,也为实现全面小康社会提供了强有力的保障.因此,分析全面小康社会与区域科技创新系统的互动关系,在建设全面小康社会过程中不断完善区域科技创新系统显得十分必要.本文以西部地区云南省为例,就建设全面小康社会中区域科技创新系统的特征、存在问题及其互动关系等进行了探讨.并提出完善区域科技创新系统对建设全面小康社会的对策建议.
【Abstract】 The science and technology innovation are the social support and main approaching for constructing the all-round primary rich society in China. This not only takes the extremely important action for the science, technology and economy development but also provides the strongly guarantee for the realization of constructing the all-round primary rich society. Therefore, it is obviously necessary to analyze the linkage motion relationship between the all-round primary rich society and the system of regional science and technology innovation, as well as to consummate the system of regional science and technology innovation continually in the constructing all-round primary rich society. In this article, the authors take Yunnan Province, which is located in the great western part of China as an example, take a discussion for the character, the exist problems and its linkage motion relationship of the system of regional science and technology innovation continually in the constructing all-round primary rich society. The authors bring forward the countermeasure suggestion for consummating system of regional science and technology innovation for constructing the all-round primary rich society.
