【摘要】 知识经济和循环经济,是本世纪人类社会可持续发展的两大趋势。在循环经济的思想框架内构建产业体系,已成为本世纪各国政府面临的重要课题。本论文提出从三个层面上构筑我国循环经济产业体系:在微观层次上,即从企业内部循环角度,发展生态工业和持续农业;从中观层次上,即从生产企业之间循环的角度,发展生态工业链或生态工业园区;从宏观层次上,即从社会整体循环的角度,发展绿色消费市场和资源回收产业。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge- based economy and cycle economy are two main trends in the new century. How to construct the industrial system in the framework of cycle economy is an essential research in most countries. This paper proposes to set an industrial system on three different layers; from micro-layer, i. e intra-enterprise, to develop eco -industries and sustainable agricultures; from medium-layer, i. e inter-enterprises, to development eco-industrial park; from macro - layer, i. e the whole society, to develop green consumption markets and resources recycle industries.更多还原
