【摘要】 本文基于我国经济体制转轨和经济形态转型速度的日益加快、新经济及经济全球化浪潮日趋迅猛这一时代背景,结合我国中小企业的实际以及其面临的机遇和严峻挑战,提出:通过战略转型以实现企业再生,为实施“走出去战略”参与全球竞争和国际分工打造基础和平台,理应成为我国中小企业的必然选择。为此,在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,本文就我国中小企业如何进行战略转型的相关理论和实践问题作了一个初步探讨和分析,并构建了一个基础性分析架构,旨在为促进我国中小企业的有效转型提供一定理论指导,同时也在社会各界起到一个抛砖引玉的作用,让更多的人士都来关注并共同探讨中小企业的战略转型和健康成长这一世界性难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the time background which the speed of china economy framework and e-conomy form transformation is increasing , and the wave of economy globalization have become more and more powerful, at the same time, combing with the reality of china’s medium&.small-scale industry enterprises. The authors point out that the opportunities and challenges facing the china’s medium&.small-scale enterprises are unprecedented, in order to gain steady survival and development, the china medium&small-scale enterprises must make strategic innovation and realize strategic transformation to build foundation and platform for taking part in global competition as quickly as possible. Hence, on the basis of referencing predecessor’s achievements and correlative theoretic knowledge, this paper try to develop a basic framework for analyzing the correlative theoretic and practical problems of the china’s medium&.small-scale enterprise’s strategic transformation. Therefore, the research achievements of this paper can provide some theoretic and practical guidance to the china traditional large- scale industry enterprise’s strategic transformation ; meanwhile, the another motive this work is calling on more and more peoples to pay attention to the china’s medium&-small-scale enterprise’s strategic transformation and steady development.更多还原
