【Abstract】 The paper classifies the agile manufacturing enterprises as "dumbbell type", "olive type". and"big and strong type" according to their practice in china recent ten years and combi-ning their characteristics and requirements. Based on the analyses of their agile properties, it also points out that establishing of the agile supply chain, confirming and fostering of the core com petitive capability, and human resources are emphasis of agile manufacturing management.更多还原
