【Abstract】 A tremendous amount of research has explored the theory of enterprises’ innovation which is unmatched with Chinese practice. The innovational factors are scarce in Zhe Jiang province specially. Therefore, the authors try to advance a small and medium-sized enterprise’ innovation model which involves ideal innovation, institutional innovation and technological innovation. At the end, the paper identifies directions for further research in terms of the model.更多还原
