西部如何增加人才竞争的优势——论西部人才高地建设中的文化建设

【摘要】 从发达国家和我国一些发达省份的经验来看,能否集聚人才是取得竞争优势的关键,本文探讨了文化对人才的吸引力与凝聚力以及人才高地建设中文化建设问题。
【Abstract】 The development of some developed countries and some developed provinces of China tells us that the gathering of talented personnel is a key factor which decides the competitiveness of a region. The author thinks that, in West China, the development of social culture can be a key factor to attract and gather talented personnel, The author also discusses the development of culture in West China.
