高校教师职务岗位设置系统的研究

【摘要】 高校教师职务岗位设置一般注重于职务等级、职龄或年龄的单一因素的描述。本文用分层控制方法研究了教师职务岗位设置系统的三维状态方程,它是职级、职龄和年龄因素的联合分布。
【Abstract】 In the establishing of university teacher’s post,the post rank, the post duration and the teacher’ s age are usually focused separately. In this paper, layer control method will be used to analyze and study the establishing system of the teacher’ s post, which is a united arrangement of the post rank, the post duration and the teacher’s age.
