【Abstract】 Though systems engineering has achieved considerable success in China, but it still hasn’t reached the splendor it ought to be. As systems engineering staff, we should make a series of rethinking and recognition about our concepts and opinions, and summing up experiences, making persistent efforts, exploiting the victory. Such as: basal orientation and main direction of attack, macro-system and micro-system, positive effect and negative effect, the whole and the sum of parts, decision - making and consultation, as well as the department of overall planning of national economic construction ?the supreme ideal of systems engineering staff.更多还原
