【摘要】 智能交通是近年来世界交通建设出现的新的交通运输管理新技术。它是交通运输现代化管理发展到一个更大的阶段,即智能化阶段的产物,智能交通系统是把当今高度发展的通讯技术、控制技术、运载工具技术、电子技术、计算机技术和运输管理技求等运用系统工程理论和方法进行综合集成起来的新的交通运输组织管理的技术和设施。这项新的设施与技术在美国、日本以及欧盟等国已得到实施和推广。本论文介绍了智能交通系统的概念、特点和它在世界各国及我国的发展情况,特别是我国智能交通发展的几个领域进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intelligent Transport System (ITS) is the new technologies of transport systems of the world in recent years, which is a outcome of new stage for modern transport system management and developing intelligent stage. ITS is the kind of technologies and infrastructures with the combination of systems engineering methodology and modern communication technology, control methods, electronic technology, computer science, as well as transport management, which has extensive implementations and experiences in U.S. A. Japan and European countries. This paper briefly introduces the concepts, features and developments of ITS in developed countries and in China, especially, some developments and implementations of ITS in China are analyzed detailed-ly.更多还原
