【摘要】 论文首先指出国家间与大国区域间经济与环境可持续发展研究的不同前提和内容,进而拓展传统的对策贸易模型,分析了国内Cournot双头垄断市场条件下,政府环境规制与跨区域统一市场建设、环境政策倾斜及现代企业制度完善等问题,提出国内统一市场机制和现代企业制度完善是实现经济与环境协调发展目标的前提,而政府的差别规制则是市场机制和企业制度完善的有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly the different prerequisite and contents between studies on regions in single strong country sustainable development and studies on mutli-counties issue are analyzed in this paper. Then traditional strategic trade model is developed. By using this model problems of complement of multi-regional markets, declination of environmental policies and complement of modern enterprises regime as well as environmental regulation are analyzed in national cournot duopoly market. It is pointed out that the complement of national multi-regional market mechanism and modern enterprise regime are the prerequisites of realizing the goal of cooperate development of e-conomy and environment, while discriminatory regulation is the valid access of the complement of market mechanism and modern enterprise regime.更多还原
