【摘要】 从多国经济发展,能源消耗和环境保护的现状分析出发,论述了经济发展,能源利用与环境保护的关系,提出在今后的发展战略问题上应合理利用能源,努力开发新能源,高效合理利用煤炭,大力推行煤气化技术和矿井沼气的利用,并结合我国的具体情况,努力发展第三产业和高科技产业,从而有效地揭制能源需求的过度增长和环境的进一步恶化,保证我国经济持续、高效、稳定地发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the current situation of energy environment of China is reviewed The importance of the measures is analyzed which are raising the proportion of coal used in electric power industry,improving the industrial boilers,increasing the rate of washed coal,and etc. Finally,this paper puts forward three strategic steps that China should reach step by step for achieving the goal of clean and efficient use of coal.In addition, it is stated that the environmental improvement of Chinal has to be on the basis of the economic development of China.更多还原
