【摘要】 作为合资企业的类型之一,部分合资企业的构建及发展具有自身的特点。从宏观角度分析,它适应了增长模式变化的要求;其特点同现期与远期政府意图相符。从微观角度看,它将对厂商在降低成本,增加效益和扩大市场份额三方面起到作用。其近期发展前景看好。长远来看,它面临着延长投资期限,“嫁接吸收”和“嫁接剥落”三条出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The partially joint venture (PJV) is a special type of joint ventures. Analysing its development in the macroecononic views, we can draw such conclusions:First,the form of PJV meets the requirements of the macroeconomic suroundings stragety changes. Second, it adapts to the economics progressing of the later pe- riod. And it can overcomes some short- comings in absorbing the foreign investment. In the microeconomic views,the following conclusions can be drawn :the PJV form has a strong appeal to state-operating companies,and it will act well on decreasing cost,increasing profit and enlarging marcketshares. In this term, this form will make more progresss. In the long run, it will encouter three developing ways:prolonging the joint time,branch-independenting and branch absorbing.
