【摘要】 根据我国众多企业对信息的采集、存储、加工、传递和使用的现状,提出了我国企业信息管理现代化的两步实施方法。即首先制定信息管理工作科学规范,有步骤地实现标准化管理,进而在推广普及计算机知识和技能的基础上,进行信息系统总体规划,建立符合企业使命和战略规划要求的信息模型,再结合应用需求和条件分块开发实施,逐步实现企业信息管理现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the current situations of information collecting, storing, processing, transporting and applying in the enterprises of China,a two-step approach to realize the modernization of information management in enterprises of China is proposed in this paper. That is,at first,to make scientific information management rules and reach to the standization; secondly, to make the general planning for information management system so as to construct the enterprise information model according to the objectives and strategic plan of the enterprises with the broden of computer knowledge and technique within managers and officers,and to develop the sub-systems by the requirement of management departments and to realize the modernization of information management step by step.更多还原
