【Abstract】 The essense of incentive of technical innovation is the innovation of the allocation of the interests of agents in action and is dependent upon the moderate internalization of the profits of innovation. The thesis has theoretically analysed the interest goals and behaviour characteristics of the agents in innovation and offered the optimal degree of the internalization of profits. The thesis has also evaluated and analysed the implementing efficiency of incentive mechausm and its corresponding information cost.更多还原
