【摘要】 高等学校的管理工作,是一项复杂的系统工程.高等学校作为一个系统来考察,它是由教学,科研、管理,后勤保障等子系统所组成。用系统学的观点考察高校的管理系统,它具有目的性,整体性,层次性,稳定性、开放性,协调性等系统的特性。据此,作者提出了高校科学管理系统运行模式,即由决策系统,咨询系统,执行系统、信息反馈系统和监督系统形成一个结构合理,功能齐全,运转协调,灵活高效的高校管理系统的运行机制,以提高管理的整体效能。更多还原
