【摘要】 在分析一种传感器信号处理电路工作原理的基础上,提出了判断电路是否合格的测试指标;并针对所选用数字测试系统的特点,设计了该电路各项指标的测试方法。虽然该电路属于数模混合电路,但通过设计合理的测试方案,可以在数字测试系统下完成电路的各项指标测试。实际测试结果表明,这种测试方法是切实可行的,该方法不仅降低了测试成本,而且测试速度快、测试可靠性高。该方法的研究也为一些大规模生声的数模混合电路的低成本测试提供了参考方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the priciple of a sensor signal processing circuit,test items were advanced.And according to the features of the used digital test system,the method for testing each item was given.Although both digital and analog modules were included in this circuit,each test item was completed in the digital test system by reasonable test scheme.The actual test results show that the test method is feasible.It is helpful to reduce cost,accelerate test speed and improve test reliability.Even more,the research of this method provide a reference for low cost of some large-scale production of mixed-signal circuits更多还原
