【摘要】 砖茶原料常含有较多的氟,从茶叶中摄入过量的氟可引起习惯饮砖茶地区居民饮茶氟中毒流行。为控制此病研究了茶叶氟固定方法。此前,我们已确认一种提取自羊骨的被称为 DTF 乳剂的白色凝胶状制剂可结合水溶性氟。当茶叶浸入乳剂时,在叶面形成一层固氟膜。沏茶时,它结合氟离子并阻止氟进入茶水。用 1～4.5%制剂可以固定268.54～744.77mg/kg 茶叶氟。根据实验资料配置的曲线回归方程,可估算不同浓度制剂处理茶叶氟上限值。对含647.92±50.09mg/kg 氟的茶叶用2%乳剂连续处理7次,水溶性氟被控制在300mg/kg 以下。本法是一种控制茶叶氟有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leaves of raw brick tea contain more fluoride usually.Excessive intake of fluoride from tea could induce prevalence of dfinking-tea-fluorosis in some area where the people have a habit of drinking this tea. In order to control this disease, a method for fixing the fluoride of raw tea was studied. A preparation named as DTF emulsion, which extracted from sheep bone and showed as white gel form, had been confirmed to combine with soluble fluoride in our laboratory before. When the leaves of the tea being socked into the emulsion, a membrane of fixing-fluoride is formed on the surface of the tea leaves. It could combine the fluoride ion and prevent it into tea water as making tea. In a range of 1%-4.5% of the preparation, an amount of 265.84mg/kg～744.77mg/kg fluoride in tea had been fixed. According to a regression curve equation made from this experiment data, the high limit values of fluoride level in tea were estimated for different levels of the preparation in treatment course. In an experiment for 2% emulsion and 647.92±50.09mg/kg fluoride of tea, the soluble fluoride levels were always controlled under 300mg/kg in a series of 7 times treatment courses.
