【摘要】 目的了解婴功儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)全血铁的变化及观察中药补血制剂儿康宁对RRTI的疗效。方法对符合RRTI诊断标准的婴幼儿72名测定全血铁含量,并与健康儿50例作对照。观察组用儿康宁治疗3个月后再复查全血铁含量,并观察儿康宁对RRTI的疗效。结果观察组作血铁含量平均值(6936.09±733.99μmol/1)与对照组(8099.35±139.82μmol/1)比较,差异有极显著意义。用儿康宁治疗3个月后全血铁含量(8075.71±128.78μmol/1)明显增高。差异极显著。RRTI婴幼儿用儿康宁治疗后,无论在每月平均发病次数、每次发病平均持续天数及每月发热平均持续天数均比治疗前明显缩短。结论婴幼儿铁缺乏可使免疫功能削弱,易发生反复呼吸道感染。儿康宁治疗在改善缺铁状态的同时,对婴幼儿RRTI有减少发病、缩短病程及改善症状的作用。值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study the change of iron in whole blood and the therapeutic efficiency of Erkangning (A Chinese traditional medicine of enriching the blood) for the recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI). Methods We compared to the level of iron in blood of 72 infants who were identified according with the criteria of diagnosis of RRTI (the observed group) and 50 normal subjects (the control group). The iron level of infants in the observed group who have been treated with Erkangning for 3 months were measured again and the therapeutic efficiency of drug were observed. Results Statistical treatment showed that the average level of iron in the observed group (6936.09 ±733.99 μmol/1) and in the control group (8099.35 ± 139.82 μmol/1) were remarkably different. The content of iron in whole blood (8075.71± 128.78 μmol/1) of infants with RRTI who have been treated with Erkangning for three months significantly increased compared to that before treatment. And the average frequency of suffering every month were reduced, the course of disease every time and the fever duration every month was markedly shortened. Conclusion The1 authors believe that the immunity function of infant who lacking of iron is weakened and these infants have the recurrent respiratory tract infection easily. Therefore, It is worthy of generalizing that Erkangning are applied for not only improving the lack of iron of body but also treating RRTI of infants.更多还原
