量子血管外照射治疗高脂血症的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:研究量子血管外照射与口服降脂药物(普伐他汀钠)治疗高脂血症的疗效及可能机制。方法:60例高脂血症患者,随机分为药物治疗组和量子血管外照射并药物治疗组(量子组),观察两种方法治疗前后患者血脂、血栓五项、C—反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆粘度等指标变化及症状改善情况。结果:量子组临床症状改善及血甘油三酯、CRP、红细胞比积、血浆粘度、纤维蛋白原的降低较药物治疗组效果显著(P<0.05),但两组治疗后γ—GT、补体等无明显改变,两组间无差别。结论:量子血管外照射治疗是治疗高脂血症的有效手段,可降低甘油三酯、纤维蛋白原、红细胞比积、血浆粘度、CRP。

【Abstract】 objective To explore the extravascular photons therapy effect and possible mechanism for hyperlipidemia. Methods Extravascular photons therapy effect on hyperlipidemia was tested in a randomized study in patients with combined hyperlipidemia. 60 patients with combined hyperlipidemia were randomized to pravastatin (20 mg/d) combined extravascular photons group (n=30), or pravastatin group (20 mg/d) (n=30) for 2 weeks. Blood lipids, prothrombin time, C-reactive protein, hematocrit, fibrinogen, blood viscosity level, as well as improvement of symptom were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Results Compared with pravastatin group, symptoms were greatly improved and the level of triglyceride, C-reactive protein, hematocrit, blood viscosity, and fibrinogen were markedly reduced in pravastatin combined extravascular photons group (P<0.05). However, the reduction of γ—GT and complement were found no statistic difference in two groups. Conclusion Extravascular photons therapy is an effective method for hyperlipidemia, which can improve the symptoms and reduce the level of triglyceride, fibrinogen, hematocrit, blood viscosity, and C-reactive protein.
