【摘要】 本文系统研究了Ag在La0.67Ca0.33MnO3(LCMO)薄膜中的作用。Ag的添加对LCMO的晶体结构没有影响,薄膜中只能探测到少量的Ag。在靶材中添加一定分量的Ag,不仅优化了薄膜的结晶性能,而且可以有效地提高薄膜的转变温度和磁阻。
【Abstract】 We have studied systematically the role of silver in improving the properties of La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 (LCMO) thin films. The LCMO crystal structure was unaffected by the addition of Ag and only small amount of Ag was detected in the film. The crystallinities of the grown films were improved by the addition of Ag in the target. The metal-insulator transition temperature and magnetoresistance of the obtained film were enhanced compared with that of the Ag-free film.
