一种制备氧化锌纳米晶的新方法
A new method of preparing zinc oxide nanocrystallite

【摘要】 本研究采用机械化学法合成ZnO纳米晶,采用XRD、差热、热重等方法对制备的ZnO纳米晶进行测试分析,并分析了球磨时间、稀释剂的用量及热处理温度对ZnO纳米晶晶粒尺寸的影响。研究结果表明机械化学法是制备ZnO纳米晶一种有效的新方法,所得产品均匀,晶粒可达20nm左右, 值得深入研究。
【Abstract】 Zinc oxide nanocrystallite is prepared by mechanochemistry in this paper, the sample is tested and analyzed by XRD, DTA, TG, etc. The effect on ZnO nano-crystallite size such as grinding time, the quantity of the reagent NaCl, calcination temperature was studied in this paper. This study shows that mechanochemistry is a new method to preparing zinc oxide nanocrystallite. The product prepared in this way is uniform and the crystal size can reach to about 20nm. This method is effective and worthy of further research.
