三元熔渣局部互熔区内的密度性质预报

【摘要】 利用质量三角形模型计算了BaO-FeO-Fe2O3体系在三个不同温度(1873K、1773 K、1673 K)的等密度曲线。误差分析的结果表明质量三角形模型可以很好的应用于该体系密度预报中,最大偏差不超过± 0.75%,平均偏差在±0.37%范围内。推广之,质量三角形模型可以很好地解决局部互熔区内的密度计算问题。
【Abstract】 Prediction of density in a ternary system with a partial miscible area is carried out by using a new geometry model, called mass triangle model. Based on the experimental data along the boundary of miscible area reported in literatures, a set of iso-densities of BaO-FeO-Fe2O3 system at 1873K, 1773K, and 1673K are reported in this paper. The calculated results as well as the error analysis show that this model is feasible in density prediction, since the max error is less than ±0.75%, and average error is within ±0.37%.
