Ag-Ga体系中ζ相结构测定
The Structure of the ζ Phase in the Silver-Gallium System

【摘要】 用X射线粉末衍射的方法研究了Ag-Ga体系中高温无序的ζ相。ζ相属六方晶系,空间群为 P63／mmc,点阵常数a=2．8817 A,c=4．6955A,每个单胞含2个原子,占据2c等效点。
【Abstract】 The crystal structure of the high temperature ζ phase in Ag-Ga system has been investigated. The space group of ζ is P63/mmc. The lattice parameters are a=2.8817 A. c=4.6955A. It has 2 atoms in each unit cell and silver and gallium atoms randomly occupy the 2c positions.
