Al-Y体系相图的测定及热力学优化

【摘要】 通过两个步骤对于Al—Y二元体系进行了重新评估。第一步,严格查阅了文献中有关该体系的相图数据和热力学数据并用热力学模型对于这些数据进行了热力学优化。第二步,用固态Al和Y配制了关键合金样品。通过对不同温度下退火的样品经过X射线衍射分析,金相显微分析,电子显微镜或者能谱分析以及差示热分析方法获得了Al-Y体系新的相图数据。综合考虑上述实验结果和可靠的文献数据,获得了描述Al-Y二元体系的热力学参数。应用我们所获得的热力学参数能满意的描述Al-Y 体系的相图及热力学数据。

【Abstract】 The Al-Y binary system is reassessed via two steps. In the first step, all of the experimental phase diagram data and thermodynamic data available from the literature were critically reviewed and assessed by using thermodynamic models for the Gibbs energies of individual phases. In the second step, seventeen decisive samples were prepared by arc-melting of the solid pieces of Al and Y and annealing at different temperatures for different time. Water-quenched samples were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy/energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM/EDX) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) techniques. A consistent thermodynamic data set for the Al-Y system is finally obtained by considering the experimental results from the present work and reliable literature data. The calculated and measured results for phase diagram and thermodynamic data show satisfactory accordance with each other by the present thermodynamic modeling.
