电子供体及受体对棕色固氮菌表达固氮活性能力的影响
Effect of electronic donor and receptor on capacity for expressing activity of nitrogen fixation from Azotbacter vinelandii

【摘要】 电子供体甲基紫精及电子受体亚甲蓝均能强烈地抑制棕色固氮菌表达固氮活性。在固氮反应体系中,适当地增加氧分压能降低棕色固氮菌细胞内的还原电且提高固氮活性。但如氢分压高于0.25大气压时,反而会抑制菌体的固氮活性。
【Abstract】 Electronic donor methyl viologen and it receptor melhylene blue can inhibit strongly Azotobacter vinelandii to express its activities of nitrogen fixation. In the reaction system of fixation nitrogen, the reduction potential within the cell of Azotobacter vinelandii was shifted to negative by increasing suitable hydrogen atmosphere, which resulted in the activity of nitrogen fixation increased. Opposite, the activity was inhibited by increasing over 0.25 hydrogen atmosphere further.
