铁核结构对马脾铁蛋白释放铁动力学的影响

【摘要】 建立H+参与马脾铁蛋白释放铁的动力学方程。H+以1/2级反应方式参与铁蛋白释放铁核表层的铁。在酸性介质(pH5.0)中,铁蛋白释放铁的总平均速率(1100Fe3+/HSF/min)比在碱性介质(pH8.0)中总的平均释放铁的速率(24Fe3+/HSF/min)高46倍。马脾铁蛋白自身的铁核结构和外加的磷酸盐均能影响该蛋白释放铁的速率,但并不改变其反应级数。

【Abstract】 Kinetic equation of iron release that H took part in from horse spleen ferritin was established. H+ as a form of half-order reaction took part in the reaction that the ferritin released iron onthe surface of the core. Na2S2O4 as a form of half-order reaction took part in the complete process of iron release from the ferritin. Average rates of iron release in the acid-medium(pH8.0) was higher 46 times than that in basic-medium(pH8.0).The self-structure of iron core of horse spleen ferritin and the extra phosphate had an effect upon the rate of iron release, but none change of the reaction order was observed.
