变排量汽车空调压缩机的研究与发展现状

【摘要】 本文首先对变排量汽车空调压缩机的研究进展进行综述,然后介绍我们近年来在这方面的研究成果。模拟分析和实验研究首次揭示,由于压缩机部件之间的摩擦力使得活塞行程存在“调节滞区”,变行程方式下的参数关系为多值对应关系。研究了变排量压缩机对空调系统稳定性的影响,分析了采用内部控制阀的变排量压缩机引起蒸发器结霜的原因。为了降低空调系统能耗,防止空调系统振荡和蒸发器结霜,开发出变排量压缩机用电动式外部控制阀。
【Abstract】 THE RESEARCH PROGRESS IN VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSORS FOR AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS INTRODUCED FIRSTLY, AND THEN OUR RESEARCH IN RECENT YEARS IS PRESENTED. ADJUSTMENT DEAD ZONE IS FOUND FROM OUR EXPERIMENTS AND SIMULATIONS, WHICH IS CAUSED BY THE FRICTIONAL FORCES AMONG THE MOVING COMPONENTS OF VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR. THE INFLUENCE OF VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR ON THE INSTABILITY OF AUTOMOTIVE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IS INVESTIGATED. THE REASONS CAUSING THE EVAPORATOR FROSTING ARE ANALYZED. THE STEPPING MOTOR CONTROL VALVE IS DEVELOPED IN ORDER TO REDUCE OIL CONSUMPTION OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AND TO PREVENT SYSTEM HUNTING AND EVAPORATOR FROSTING.
