不同天气条件下银杏叶片原初光化学反应日变化的比较研究

【摘要】 以银杏叶片为材料,研究其在不同天气条件下原初光化学反应的日变化。结果表明:晴天和阴天叶片的PSⅡ最大量子效率(φPo)、PSⅡ的潜在活性Fv/F0和光合性能指数(PIABS)均先下降后上升,但上午晴天叶片的PIABS和Fv/Fm下降比阴天快,光抑制较严重。Fv/Fm和PIABS都可以作为光抑制程度的可靠指标。一天内大部分时间里,晴天银杏叶片PSⅡ反应中心单位面积吸收(ABS/CS)的能量、捕获(TRo/CS)的能量和热耗散(DIo/CS)的能量都比阴天高,而用于电子传递(ETo/CS)的能量则相差不大。

【Abstract】 Diurnal variations of primary photochemical reactions in ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba L.) leaves under different weather conditions were investigated by chlorophyll a fluorescence transient measurement and the relevantly analytical method. The results showed that maximum quantum efficiency of PSⅡ(Photosystem Ⅱ) (φPo=Fv/ Fm) and potential activities of PSⅡ(Fv/Fo) and the performance index on a basis of absorption ( PIABS ) were first decline then rising, however, PIABS and Fv/Fm decreased more drastically in sunny condition. Both PIABS and Fv/Fm can be as reliable indicator of the degree of photoinhibition. Energy fluxes per excited cross-section for absorption (ABS/CS), trapping (TRo/CS) and dissipation (DI o/CS) in ginkgo leaves in cloudy condition were higher than in sunny condition, but energy fluxes per excited cross-section for electron transport(ETo/CS) has no significant difference in cloudy and sunny conditions.
