杭州石荠苧和小鱼仙草在不同土壤水分下的光合可塑性

【摘要】 <正> The phenotypic plasticity for photosynthetic characteristics response to soil water availability of M.hangchowensis, which is an endangered species and M.hangchowensis, which is a weed, was compared. Withthe increase of soil water stress, the photosynthetic rate (PN) and stomatal conductance(gs) of M.hangchowensisshowed a trend of rising at first, then descending, the largest and the smallest of PN and gs occurred at W60(medium to slightly wet) and W20(drought)respectively; the largest and smallest gs of M. dianthera alsooccurred at W60and W20respectively, while the PN always increased with soil water content decreasing. BothM.hangchowensis and M.dianthera had the largest water use effciency(WUE)at W20,they enhanced WUEby smaller transpiration rate(Tr) and greater PN respectively.
