甘肃省西瓜枯萎病菌的致病力及生理小种分化
Pathogenicity and Differentiation of Physiological Races of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum in Gansu Province

【摘要】 采用胚根接种法,对分离自甘肃省三个不同生态区(河西,陇东,中部)的9个西瓜枯萎病菌菌株及分离自甘肃兰州和新疆昌吉的4个西瓜枯萎病菌菌株的致病力及生理小种分化进行了研究。结果显示:①甘肃省西瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum)存在明显的致病力强弱差异,平均致病力最强的是陇东的菌株;河西的菌株的平均致病力最弱。②甘肃省西瓜枯萎病菌存在明显的生理小种分化,已检测到的生理小种有0、1、2和3号小种:河西菌株中检测到了0号和1号小种;陇东菌株中检测到了1号、2号和3号小种;中部菌株中检测到了1号和3号小种。③2号小种致病力最强,其次为3号小种,再其次为1号小种,0号小种致病力最弱;同一小种内的不同菌株致病力存在较大差异。④2号小种对测试的10个甜瓜品种中的86-1具有极强的致病力。⑤供试的7个西瓜栽培品种对不同菌株的感病性差异极大,平均抗性最好的是早冠龙和西农8号。
【Abstract】 Thirteen isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum,collected from wilted watermelon plants in three ecology regions of Gansu Province and in Xinjing,were identified by embryo root inoculation.Isolates showed a obvious variation in pathogenicity and differentiation of physiological races.Mean pathogenicity of isolates from different ecology regions of Gansu to 7 differential watermelon cultivars (Suger Baby,Crimson Sweet,All Sweet,Charleston Gray,Calhoun Gray,Dixielee,Sugarlee) and 7 watermelon cultivars were evaluated,the isolates from Eastern region showed the strongest pathogenicity;secondly from Centre region;then from Western region. Based on the resistant reasons of 7 differential watermelon cultivars to 13 isolates,physiological races 0,1,2,3 were determined in Gansu Province:races 0,1 were determined in Western region;races 1,2,3 were determined in Eastern region;races 1,3 were determined in Centre region.The most aggressive race was race 2,next was race 3,then race 1,and race 0.The pathogenicity of different isolates in same race existed a greater variant.Race 2 possessed highly pathogenicity to melon cultivar 86-1 (one of 10 melon cultivars); Zaoguanlong and Xinong No.8 were most resistant varieties among tested 7 commercial watermelon breeds.
