不同环境对深绿木霉菌株T2抑制黄瓜黑星病菌的影响
The Effect of Different Conditions on the Inhibition of T2 Strain of Trichoderma atroviride against to Cladosporium cucumerium in Different Condition

【摘要】 深绿木霉(Trichoderma atroviride)T2菌株对黄瓜黑星病菌(Cladosporium cucumerinum)有很强的抑制作用,温度对深绿木霉的抑菌作用有一定的影响。在20~35℃的温度条件下,深绿木霉均有抑菌效果,尤其在25~30℃条件下抑菌效果最好,深绿木霉的生长曲线符合Y=K/(1+aebx),而黄瓜黑星菌的生长曲线符合Y=axebx。15℃以下该深绿木霉菌株无抑菌作用。24h自然光照和黑暗与光照交替条件对抑菌作用有一定影响。
【Abstract】 The T2 strain of Trichoderma atroviride can strongly inhibit the growth of Cladosporium cucumerinum. The temperature affect greatly on the inhibition of the Trichoderma. With temperature range of 20~35℃, T. atroviride can inhibit the pathogen effectively, especially with 25~30℃.The growth curve of Trichoderma is fitted to the equation Y=Kl (1+aebx), while the growth curve of C. cucumerinum is fitted to the equation Y=axebx. When the temperature was below 15℃, the Trichoderma did not able to inhibit the growth of the pathogen. Continuous natural illumination or alternative illumination could affect its antagonistic activity.
