两种植物提取物对水稻稻曲病菌抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 分别用薄荷和泽漆的植物提取液对稻曲病菌进行了抑菌活性的研究。孢子萌发抑制试验的结果表明,薄荷和泽漆的提取液对稻曲病菌的厚垣孢子和分生孢子的萌发均有抑制作用:与对照厚垣孢子13.05%的萌发率相比,10.00%浓度的薄荷提取液处理的萌发率为0.00%,20.00%的泽漆为8.75%;与对照分生孢子23.11%的萌发率相比,10.00%浓度的薄荷提取液处理的萌发率为0.00%,20.00%的泽漆为18.96%。在抑制效果上,薄荷提取液显著优于泽漆提取液。此外还发现,薄荷提取液对菌丝的抑制作用表现在两个方面,一是菌丝生长比对照减缓54.26%,二是使菌丝形态发生变异,分枝增多。本研究为开发防治稻曲病的植物源农药奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The inhibition effect of extracts from Mentha arvensis L. and Euphorbia helioswpia L. on Ustilaginoidea virens was studied. The experiment of spores germination showed that the two extracts had significant inhibition on chlamydospore and conidia. When the concentrations of the extract from Mentha arvensis and Euphorbia helioswpia were 10.00% and 20.00%, chlamydospore germination rates were 0.00% and 8.75% respectively, compared with that of CK was 13.05%. In addition, conidia germination rates were 0.00% and 18.96% respectively, compared with that of CK was 23.11%. The inhibition study of mycelia growth showed that the mycelia growth rate decreased 54.26% on the medium with the extract of Mentha arvensis compared with CK.
