哈茨木霉对几种花卉土传病原真菌的拮抗作用
Antifungal Activity of Trichoderma harzianum to Soil-borne Pathogenic Fungi of Flowering Plants

【摘要】 用哈茨木霉(Trichodera harzianum)T2、T3、T5菌株分别对4种花卉土传病菌,即绿巨人柱帚霉(Cylindrocladium spathiphylli)、百日草腐霉(Pythium aphanidermatum)、香石竹疫霉(Phytophthora nicotianae var.parasitica)和洋凤仙疫霉(P.nicotianae var.parasitica)进行了抑菌测试,结果表明T2菌株抑菌效果较好。采用超声波破碎法对T2菌株的分生孢子进行抗菌物质的提取,获得粗提物。用不同浓度的粗提物对4种花卉病原菌进行抑菌测试,结果表明粗提物浓度越高,抑菌效果越好。
【Abstract】 Antifungal effect of different strains, i.e. T2, T3, and T5 of Trichoderma harzianum, to Cylindrocladium spathiphylli from Spathiphyllum sensation, Pythium aphanidermatum from Zinnia elegans, Phytophthora nicotianae var. parasitica from Dianthus caryophyllus and P. nicotianae var. parasitica from Impatiens holsii, and of crude extract from the conidiospores of T2 were studied. The results showed that T2 was the best one, and the antifungal effect of crude extract obtained by crashing cell withultrasonic increased along with increasing its concentration.
