双抗性甘薯新品系的抗病性和丰产性研究

【摘要】 利用甘薯青枯(瘟)菌和蔓割菌毒素作为选择压力,选育出高产、优质的双抗性甘薯新品系“97-10”和“99-12”。经多年多点多重复的室内测定和田间测定97-10和99-12的抗病性(青枯病和蔓割病)评价均在R-MR,抗甘薯青枯(瘟)病和蔓割病的能力均高于福建省当家品种金山57和蔓割病抗病品种福薯2号,更大大高于对照品种新种花。在病区多年多点大田试验结果表明97~10、99~12早薯产量为平均产量47.88 t/hm~2和47.39 t/hm~2,晚薯平均产量为25.57 t/hm~2和28.59 t/hm~2,分别比新种花提高132.5%~176.5%和130.4%~209.1%。

【Abstract】 New sweet potato varieties 97-10 and 99-12 with resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum were bred by setecting on the crude toxin extract from the fungi. The two varieties showed both high yield and good quality.After several years’ multi-location selection of natural and artificial inoculations, the results showed that the resistance of 97-10 and 99-12 to Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium oxysporum were higher than those of Jinshan 57, Fushu 2, Xinzhonghua.The resistance of 97-10 and 99-12 were significantly different from those of Jinshan 57, Fushu 2 and very significantly different from that of Xinzhonghua by Ducan’s testing.Test of productivity in different diseased areas showed that the average fresh root yield of early sweet potato reached 3192.3kg/666.7m~2 and 3159.4kg/666.7m~2; the average fresh root yield of later sweet potato were 1704.7kg/666.7m~2 and 1905.7kg/666.7m~2, about 132.5% to 176.5% and 130.4% to 209.1% higher than that of the check variety Xinzhonghua,respectively.
