【Abstract】 Comparative test was conducted on artificial inoculation techniques to identify resistance of maize to stalk rot and head smut. The results showed that the best inoculation technique to identify resistance to stalk rot was furrow application. The best inoculation technique to identify resistance to head smut was to cover with O. 1% of the pathogen-containing soil. These techniques are easy to conduct, time-saving, and labour-saving, as well as reliable.更多还原
