利用茎尖培养与病毒净处理脱除砂梨病毒
The Elimination of Main Viruses in Pyrus pyrilaria by Shoot-tip Culture Combined with Virus Inhibitor

【摘要】 本试验分离培养获得3个梨品种黄花梨、丰水梨和5-6-45的离体试管苗,经检测确认这些样品均带有苹果茎沟病毒(ASGV)、苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(ACLSV)和苹果茎痘病毒(ASPV)。通过在培养基中添加不同浓度的病毒净处理60d,对黄花梨和丰水梨进行脱病毒。结果显示,病毒净对ASGV和ASPV有一定的脱除作用。针对试管苗的生长特点,筛选出适合以上3个品种的含有不同激素浓度的培养基。
【Abstract】 In this study, three pear varieties Huanghua, Fengshui and 5-6-45 were cultured in vitro and viruses were detected. The results showed that these varieties were all infected by ASGV, ACLSV and ASPV. In vitro plants of Huanghua and Fengshui were cultured in the media containing virus inhibitor BINGDUJING with different concentrations for 60 days to eliminate viruses. The results showed that ASGV and ASPV in some plants were eliminated. Based on the growth of in vitro plants, the media suitable for these three varieties with different hormone concentrations were selected.
