【摘要】 利用ITS区域通用引物扩增了两个玉米细菌性枯萎病菌及其5个近缘种菌株的ITS序列,并进行了克隆和测序。序列比较显示两个玉米枯萎病菌菌株间同源性高达99.3%,而Pantoea属和Erwinia属菌株间的同源性不超过85%,说明ITS区域序列可以作为属、种鉴定和分类的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven isolates’ ITS(Intergenic Transcribed Spacer Region) have been amplified and sequenced The sequence homology of two Bacterial Stewarts’ strains are higher than 99.3 percent at the same time, the sequence of isolates from Envinia are difference from that from Pantoea ’s by 85 percent.
