黄瓜蔓枯病菌生物学特性及室内药剂筛选研究

【摘要】 本文研究了黄瓜蔓枯病菌(Mycosphaerella melonis)生物学特性,并对药剂进行了室内初步筛选,结果表明:该菌菌丝生长的适宜温度范围为20℃~30℃,最适温度为25℃。分生孢子萌发的最适温度为30℃,最适PH值为6,致死温度为45.5℃10分钟。全黑暗和全光照处理下的菌落直径与12hr光暗交替在p<0.01时差异极显著。病菌对C源营养的利用率高于N源,其中对乳糖的利用率最高。供试的6种药剂中以15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂对病菌的抑制作用最强。
【Abstract】 The study on biological characteristics and screening of fungicides of Mycosphaerella melonis showed that the mycelii m grew well at20℃-30℃ and the best at 25℃. The optimal temperature for conidial germination was 30℃, optimal pH value was 6 and conidial thermal death point was 45.5℃. The colony diameters at 24hr light, 24hr dark or 12hr lignt and 12hr dark were significantly different after 8 days incubation. Conida germinated better with nutrition as C-source than N-source, and germinated best with Lactose as C-source. According to screening results.triadimefon had the best inhibition on the mycelii m growth of the pathogen among six fungicides tested
