【摘要】 香蕉枯萎病菌1号小种和4号小种及其粗毒素分别接种香蕉、粉蕉的组培苗及离休假茎后,用组织切片法观察香蕉假茎细胞的病理反应以探明香蕉枯萎病菌不同小种及其粗毒素的致病作用。结果表明,枯萎病菌不同小种人工接种蕉株仅能感染相应的蕉类寄主,不同小种接种不同蕉类离作组织的细胞的病理变化看不到大的差异,不同小种产生的粗毒素对不同蕉类的毒性差异甚小。认为不同小种对不同蕉类的致病性差异主要是能否成功侵入。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenic reaction of the pesudo-stem cells of banana seedlings and their in viro stems inoculated with the race 4 and race 1 of Fusarium oxysporum f. cubense pathogen or treated with its crude toxin was observed by sectioning the tissue. The results showed that the fungi can infect specially banana kinds inoculated with the specially races. There are hardly differentiate on the pathogenic reaction the pesudo-stem cells in viro banana of inoculated with different races of the fungi, as well on the toxic to the cells of different banana kinds treated with the crude toxin produced by different the fungi races. It is considered that different the fungi races have varied virulence on different banana kinds is caused whether pathogen of the fungi races can penetrate into the banana or not.更多还原
