棉铃虫微孢子虫大量繁殖及利用研究

【摘要】 本文于1997年在保定进行田问调查时发现一种奇生于棉铃虫的微孢子虫,确定为Nosema属。对棉铃虫微孢子虫繁殖方法和田间应用进行了研究,试验结果表明,3龄棉铃虫幼虫感染微孢子虫后的产他子量最高,单头达2.2×109孢子/ml,感染浓度为1×106孢子/ml的产孢子量最高,进而明确了棉铃虫微孢子人工繁殖的方法。田间防治效果达70%。
【Abstract】 Microsporidian infecting larvae of Helicoverpa armigera was found during the field investigation in Baoding in 1997. It belonged to genus Nosema. We studied the mass production and application of microsporidian. The results indicated sprore yield of 3rd instars larvae infected by microsporidian was most, reached 2.2 × 10 spore/ml. While infection concention was 1 × 106 spore/ml, spore yield was highest. Artificial reproduction methode of micruosporidian was established. Control efficacy in field reached 70% .
