应用微量滴度酶标板法监测柑橘全爪螨抗药性的研究

【摘要】 采用生物测定和微量滴度酶标板法监测了不同地区柑橘全爪螨对4种杀螨剂的抗性程度。结果表明,由于用药水平的差异,不同地区柑橘全爪螨对不同药剂的抗药水平有所不同。酶活性监测结果表明, 北碚地区柑橘全爪螨羧酸酯酶(CarE)活性最高,是万州地区柑橘全爪螨(最低)的6.11倍。方差分析结果表明,北碚和南充地区的柑橘全爪螨CarE活力显著高于万州和长寿地区。
【Abstract】 By bioassay and the 96-well microplate reader, pesticide resistance of Panonychus citri in different districts were monitored.The results showed that the resistance of Panonychus citri in various districts were significantly different.The car-boxylesterase (CarE) actvitives of Panonychus citri in Beibei was 6.11-fold compared with Panonychus citri in Wanzhou.The statistical analysis suggested that the CarE activities of Panonychus citri in Beibei and Nanchong were higher significantly than those in Wanzhou and Changshou (P < 0.05) .
