辣椒不同抗病品种感染辣椒疫霉病菌后几种酶活性的变化
Some Changes of Enzyme Activities from Susceptible and Resistant Pepper Varieties after Inoculation with Phytophthora capsici

【摘要】 通过对不同辣椒品种茎部的POD、PPO、PAL活性的测定,结果表明,感病前,辣椒抗病品种茎部的3种酶活性均高于中抗和感病品种。接种辣椒疫霉菌后,辣椒品种茎部的3种酶活性都有所增加,抗、感病各品种的3种酶活性曲线均呈现两个峰值。抗病品种的两个峰值均高于中抗和感病品种,抗病品种 POD、PPO、PAL活性升高幅度也大于感病品种。
【Abstract】 The activities of peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and phenylalnine ammonia-lysae (PAL) were studied on the healthy and infected pepper stems respectively. The results showed that the three enzyme activities were higher in the resistant varieties than that in susceptible ones on the healthy pepper stems. The three enzyme activities increased after inoculation with Phytophthora capsici and showed two peaks in both resistant and susceptible varieties. The increasee of the enzyme levels was greater in resistant pepper varieties than that in susceptible ones. The enzyme activity peaks of the resistant varieties were higher than the susceptible ones.
