苹果再植病及病原线虫研究

【摘要】 本文报道了山西再植果园中苹果(Malus pumila)不同品种根际环境中引起再植障碍因素的线虫发生情况。再植果园中,线虫引起的再植病表现在根系分生能力差、生长缓慢,须根坏死比例大。地上部牛长势差、新梢生长困难。结果表明,在本研究调查范围内根际线虫分属7科8属。从分布情况看,在同一土层中以树于周围100~150cm分布较多。垂直分布中0~20cm土层中分布较多,60~80cm分布较少。不同品种间寄生线虫数量有差异,其中,以国光抗性最小,赤阳次之,红星、富士最大,抗再植病能力较差, 尤其红星最差。用溴甲烷、氯化苦及二者混合物在新植树定植前进行土壤熏蒸消毒杀伤线虫。重新栽植丽红苹果后, 新树生长量、干径、产量、叶绿素含量显著高于对照,有较好克服再植障碍效应。

【Abstract】 The experiment was done at shanxi Agricultural University and Shanxi Taigu Yangyi orchard. The result showed the root of replant apple branched poorly and slowly. Lots of pathological black were found in root tissue. The top grows poorly and the long shoot was hard to sprout. It was showed that the new trees were suffered from the apple replant disease. Nematodes were isolated from the root of replant apple orchard and were identified as 8 genera belonging to 7 families. The densities of nematodes in different depth of soil were showed the depth of 0 ~ 20 cm soil was higher than other depth of soil.The densities of nematodes in different level extent were showed the diameter of tree 100 ~ 150cm was higher than others. Replant apple orchard before planting methyl bromide ehloropicrin and the mixture of both was used to soil fumigating in old orchard. The result showed the new shoot, trunk radius, yield, the moment of chlorophyll were significant better than control.
