亚致死剂量cry1Ab和cry1Ac毒蛋白对二化螟生长发育的影响及其抗性反应

【摘要】 取食分别用含亚致死剂量的cry1Ab和cry1Ac毒蛋白的人工饲料饲喂二化螟(Chilo suppressalis)进行继代抗性筛选,cry1Ac筛选了7代、cry1Ab筛选了10代后,与敏感品系相比,cry1Ab-R筛选品系对 cry1Ab的敏感性下降1.54倍,cry1Ac-R筛选品系对cry1Ac的敏感性下降3.38倍。cry1Ab、cry1Ac对敏感品系幼虫影响较大,取食含毒蛋白的饲料后,幼虫体重、幼虫存活率都明显低于取食正常饲料的幼虫,而且化蛹率、羽化率也显著降低,cry1Ab对雄蛹的蛹重影响较大,而cry1Ac对雌蛹蛹重影响较大,取食含毒蛋白饲料后的雄、雌蛹蛹重显著下降;虽然筛选品系敏感性变化不大,但两个筛选品系幼虫都表现了一定的耐药性;与敏感品系相比,筛选品系取食含cry1Ab或cry1Ac的饲料后,二化螟幼虫体重明显高于敏感品系的相同处理;cry1Ab-R筛选品系取食含cry1Ab的饲料后,幼虫存活率与敏感品系相比明显增加,但取食含 cry1Ac饲料后,cry1Ac—R筛选品系与敏感品系的幼虫存活率差异不显著。
【Abstract】 Successive generation screenings were conducted for the resistance of striped stem borer Chilo suppressalis (Walker) to cry1Ab (after 10 generations selection, cry1Ab-R) and cry1Ac (after 7 generations selection, cry1Ac-R) reared on synthetic diets separately containing sublethal dosages of the two toxic proteins. The results showed that, in comparison with the susceptible strain (reared on the diet without toxic protein), the resistance of C. suppressors strains selected by try1Ab and cry 1 Ac were up to 1.54 and 3.38 limes, respectively. As susceptible strain fed on the diet containing toxic protein, its larval body weight and survival were obviously lower than that fed on nontoxic diet, and its pupation and emergence rales were also reduced significantly. Interestingly, the cry1Ab protein had more suppression on the weighl of male pupa, while cry-1 Ac on the female pupa. All the two screening strains expressed certain tolerance to toxic protein, as fed on toxic diet, their larval body weighl were significantly higher than that of susceplible one; as fed on cry 1 Ab diet, the larval survival of cry 1 Ab- R slrain was much more higher than that of susceptible strain, while there was no significant difference between the larval survivals of cry 1 Ac- R strain and susceptible strain, as fed on cry1 Ac diel.
