Span-80基稀型乳状液膜法处理制浆黑液的研究

【摘要】 本文探索以Span-80为表面活性剂的稀型乳状液膜体系处理制浆黑液的可能性,对主要影响因素进行了考察。结果表明,采用以Span-80为表面活性剂的稀型乳状液膜法处理制浆黑液是完全可行的,可有效解决传统乳状液膜分离法液膜的溶胀问题和破乳困难的问题。通过工艺条件的优化和某些添加剂的使用可进一步提高分离效果和方法的实用性。
【Abstract】 The possibility of the treatment of pulping black liquor with diluted emulsion liquid membrane process based on Span-80 surfactant was probed, and the main effect factors were investigated in this paper. The results showed that it is totally feasible to treat pulping black liquor by using the diluted emulsion liquid membrane process based on Span-80 surfactant. This technology can effectively solve the dissolving-expanding and the difficult deemulsification of conventional emulsion liquid membrane process. The separation efficiency and process practicability can further be increased through the optimization of process conditions and the application of some additives.
