杨木APMP浆配抄蒙肯纸的研究

【摘要】 目前,中国造纸工业处于高速发展阶段,但是中国纸业发展最为重要的问题之一是木材纤维资源短缺问题。进行滨海盐土三倍体毛白杨生态适应性及林纸一体化技术的研究具有重要意义。论文就盐土地三倍体毛白杨的化学组分、纤维形态及APMP制浆及造纸性质进行了研究。盐土三倍体幼龄杨采用APMP法制浆可制得松厚度和白度较好的浆料。强度性质中抗张指数较高,但由于纤维较短,所以撕裂指数偏低。与普通五年生成材相比较, 在撕裂度上相差较大,其余指标较为接近。与中林C幼龄杨相比较,白度与松厚度等指标相近,在抗张强度及撕裂强度等方面更为优越。采用80%盐土三倍体毛白杨APMP浆与20%漂白针叶木浆初步抄造蒙肯轻型胶版纸,和国内外有关同类产品相比较,成纸具有较好的白度和不透明度,撕裂强度、抗张强度及松厚度亦可维持较好水平。以盐土三倍体毛白杨APMP浆为主抄造蒙肯轻型胶版纸是有发展前景的。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, paper industry of China has been developing quickly. But one of the important problems is the shortage of wood fiber resource. It is significant to study the ecological adaptability of Triploid Chinese White Poplar (TCWP) growing in saline soil and the technology of integration of forest-paper. In this paper, the chemical composition and fiber configuration of juvenile TCWP growing in saline soil are studied. The APMP of TCWP growing in saline soil has higher bulk and whiteness, and it also has higher tensile index, but because of short fiber, the tear index is lower. Compared with the normal 5-year-old wood, there is a big difference in the tear index, but other indexes are familiar. And compared with juvenile Zhonglin-C, it has approximate whiteness and bulk, higher tensile index and tear index. In this paper, 80% APMP of TCWP growing in saline soil and 20% bleaching soft-wood pulp are used to make light offset. And this kind of paper has better whiteness, opacity, bulk and strength. The offset whiteness is 79.49%, opacity is 93.26%, bulk is 1.80cm3/g, tensile index is 59.3 Nm/g, and tear index is 6.46mNm2/g.
