【摘要】 本文研究了速生杨碱性过氧化氢机械法制浆的主要影响因素,并对不同品种、树龄的速生杨原料的APMP制浆性能进行比较,同时用自制速生杨APMP浆进行了应用研究。结果表明:用碱量增加有助于APMP浆强度性能的提高,五年生的杨木比三年生的物理性能要好。使用三毛杨和中林杨的混合杨木制备APMP,物理性能基本不随二者比例的变化产生大的波动。用APMP浆配抄可以获得合格的高级彩印新闻纸。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of alkaline peroxide pulping process of fast-growing poplar was studied, and the pulping properties of different kind and tree age were compared.The results showed that: strength properties of APMP improve with increase of NaOH dosage; Whether triploid Chinese poplar or Zhonglin aspen, physics properties of five-year-old wood are better than that of three-year-old wood.The change of physics properties of APMP is little changing the ratio of materials of triploid Chinese poplar and Zhonglin aspen. The qualified high-grade colored offset newsprint can be prepared with APMP pulp of growing-fast poplar.更多还原
